1. About Drone Register

Drone Register (drone-register.com) is an independent online service that helps recreational drone pilots complete the registration of their unmanned aircraft system (UAS) with the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the FAA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any other government agency. The official FAA registration service is available at faadronezone.faa.gov for a $5 government fee.

2. Service description

For the service fee shown at checkout, we will use the information you provide to submit your FAA recreational registration on your behalf and email you the resulting Certificate of Registration along with a pre-flight safety PDF, normally within 24 hours of payment.

3. Eligibility & accuracy of information

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and that all information you submit is true, accurate, and matches your government-issued identification. False or inaccurate information may invalidate your FAA registration and is your sole responsibility.

4. Payment, refunds & cancellations

Payment is collected at the time of order. Because our service involves processing your registration immediately, refunds may not be available once your certificate has been issued. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.

5. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drone Register is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the inability to fly your drone. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable FAA rules.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
